Jerusalem of Three Religions

According to legend G-d chose to place his temple in Jerusalem - as a result of an incredible act of unconditional love. Jerusalem is associated the world with purity, spirituality and religion, not only for the Jewish people but also for Christians and Muslims.

The people, histories, ideologies and narratives of these faiths have so much in common and are hugely interrelated.

On our tour we'll explore these overlaps and interconnections.

However, despite the common ground shared by these three great faiths, unconditional love is often lost in a mist of enmity, friction and competition.

On our tour we'll also explore how and why this less savory side of relations between the faiths has taken place - as well as exploring the differences within the individual religious groups.

We'll also examine the question to what extent conflict in the region is actually religious at all...

The tour will:

  • wander through all four 'quarters' of the Old City

  • Include visits to numerous seminal sites such as the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and Room of the Last Supper, the Haram al Sharif/Temple Mount including the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and of course the Western Wall.

  • capture the beauty of the markets, alleyways and dramatic viewpoints of this most fascinating of cities.

  • Many additional sites and activities can be incorporated according to your needs
